On Sundays when we have a chance and have the opportunity with the right conditions we love to put our customers on some golden tilefish they are a tasty eating fish that dwells in 600 to 800 feet of water mostly hanging out in the mud ambushing its prey Miami deep sea fishing offers a great opportunity on catching these fish they can get up to 60+ pounds we regularly catch them 10 to 20lb
We face a 4 pound lead ball with a chicken rig fresh dead squid And cut bonito works best I like to start around 630 feet of water and work my way deeper and shallow or depending on the current is the type of action you can expect when we have a good Current it seems like we work more area so with more coverage the better chances you have to hook up on a beautiful fish
What we do is we head to a little area that we like to fish just out front of Miami deep Sea fishing grounds As we work our way up current we drop our beach down it takes may be about 3 minutes to get the baby down there We do attach a small LED light to a track but fish once we hit the bottom we lock the real up and we wait for the bite The rig is made with circle hooks so all you really have to do is wind once you get the bite oh my goodness so much fun I can’t wait to see you guys out there
